Our pickup and delivery services are available within Santa Clarita & surrounding cities. If you are outside this area, please contact us to discuss potential arrangements.
- Scheduling Pickup and Delivery
– Requesting Service: You can schedule a pickup through our website at www.atyourdoordrycleaners.net, by calling us at +1-(661) 310-2885, or by emailing drycleanersatyourdoor@gmail.com
- Pickup Times: Pickups are Monday and Tuesday from 7 am – 5 pm
- Delivery Times: Deliveries are Thursday and Friday from 8 am – 5 pm.
- Preparation for Pickup
– Bagging Items: Please place all items in a laundry bag or other suitable container. Ensure that all pockets are empty, and all garments are properly tagged if needed.
– Special Instructions: If you have any specific instructions for certain items, please include a note with the details.
- Payment Policy
– Credit Card on File: Customers are required to have a valid credit card on file. This card will be charged automatically for each service performed.
– Authorization: By using our services, you authorize Bergmann’s to charge your credit card for the total amount of the invoice upon delivery of your cleaned items.
– Billing Cycle: Charges will be processed upon delivery of your items. You will receive an electronic receipt (if requested) via email.
